If you are shipping outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please follow these important instructions:
[1] After selecting items (by placing items in your cart), click the "Checkout button." You will be directed to a New customer and Returning customer page.
[2] If this is your first time to place an order, select "Click here to register" and complete the profile details. Then, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.
[3] You will be directed to a "Shipping & Payment" page. Select either "AuthorizeNet: AIM" (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or PayPal, then click the "Continue" button. At this time, these are the only payment options for International customers.
[4] When comparing shipping transit time versus cost, we believe best options for our International customers are Priority Mail® International or Express Mail® International by the United States Postal Service. Depending on destination, delivery can typically take from three to ten days from date of shipment. Therefore, we ask for patience from our International customers due to delivery delays beyond our control.
[5] We refuse to identify items purchased as gifts or samples, or reduce the selling price of an item on customs forms.
[6] International buyers are responsible for all duties and import fees.
